Hi,
new patch version taking into account comments.

I introduce a new format for YAML, it permits more than one table per file,
or same table with different number of columns.

The example file is an exact translation of the sql one, same order and column
number, as a way to exemplify it's format

I also added a patch in Bug 24262, with it, this and Bug 18688, it's possible
to
translate and install in new language using it's own installer files.

A lot more work is needed to enable the complete translation of installer
files, but hope this can be considered as first step in that direction.
