I like what I see on the screenshot, the only change I'd suggest is making
"Receive" the default action (split button). 

I think the remaining orders, items, subscriptions currently takes up a lot of
space while cancelling an order is not the default action. It be totally ok
with it only showing on mouseover/click.

Idea: Relabel it to receive order (to make it easier to distinguish from
receive for serials in translatons.
