sudo cpanm Plack::Middleware::LogErrors
sudo cpanm Plack::Middleware::LogWarn
sudo cp debian/templates/plack.psgi /etc/koha/plack.psgi
sudo cp etc/log4perl.conf /etc/koha/sites/kohadev/log4perl.conf
sudo cp debian/templates/log4perl-site.conf.in /etc/koha/log4perl-site.conf.in

restart plack

I get:
Log4perl: Seems like no initialization happened. Forgot to call init()?
