Kyle, unfortunately a lot of the code changed in the meantime so this doesn't
apply. I suggest you take a look at the PQA stuffs because there's still lots
of moving pieces here (Koha::Account->add_debit, Koha::Account::Lin->adjust
bugs specifically)
