It is probably due to our Voyager-> Koha data migration pipeline.

For performance reasons it skips the bulkmarcimport.pl -script.

In Koha there probably are other points where the presence of field 942 is
assumed. However having migrated a few libraries already, we don't seem to be
facing any strange problems yet.
