Hea is actually sending data. While it's not personal data, I still think
having Hea turned off by default was the only way to go. We should not create
an application that is calling home without asking. 

I actually liked your approach with the third option - turn off, but show a
message to give them a note. Maybe this idea could be explored further?

But ultimately it would be nice to get more opinions on this, because we won't
agree :)
