To recreate:
1 - Enable overdrive
2 - perform a search, say "Harry potter"
3 - Note you get some results from overdrive and link looks like:
 "/cgi-bin/koha/opac-overdrive-search.pl?q=harry%20potter"
4 - Click a series link
5 - Note overdrive link now looks like:
"
/cgi-bin/koha/opac-overdrive-search.pl?q=se%2Cphr%3A%26quot%3BRowling%2C%20J.%20K.%26quot%3B"
6 - Note the se,phr: causes odd results from overdrive
