The failure is:
 FAIL   C4/Tags.pm
   FAIL   forbidden patterns
                forbidden pattern: tab char (line 195)
                forbidden pattern: tab char (line 236)
                forbidden pattern: tab char (line 305)

They existed before, not blocker.
