We're in the 19.11 cycle now and nearing my 'adventurous pushing' window where
I hope to move things like this along.  It would be great to see a bit more
testing and get some collective QA eyes on it over the next couple of weeks
with an aim to having a clear way forward for pushing it and end users (well,
system administrators) tentatively enabling this deployment method.
