EBSCO (and potentially other serials vendors) support the receipt of EDIFACT
Claims using the OSTENQ format (Order Status Enquiry).

They require the EBSCO Vendor Order Number in the RFF+SNA segment as the match
point to identify the customer order in their system. 

Volume and Issue details for the items being claimed would also be required.

Development to add KOHA as an ILS Vendor for claims would be required on the
EBSCO end as well before we could do any testing.
