My plan is to have CodeMirror handle all textareas which handle any kind of
code. If UseWYSIWYGinSystemPreferences is enabled, HTML textareas will be
WYSIWYG.

Anyone have an opinion on whether ISBD should be handled as HTML? I think yes.
