Re-checked this today, and the fields showed up. Quite sure I didn't do
anything differently, sorry for the noise.

As Jonathan noted, the types for the new entries don't match with the types in
the existing entries. Is that intentional?

When I tested adding a name and label that already existed, it added it for me
- I don't know if that is correct or incorrect behaviour.
