Hi Martin,

I was testing these patches and followed the test plan. Everything went as
expected, except for step 6.

6. Repeat steps 1-4, charge descriptions should now be empty and charge
types should display 'Rental fee' and 'Renewal of rental item'.

The Description column in the table is not empty, but instead contains the
title in brackets: (TITLE). Is this the expected behaviour? If so, I will sign
it off
