We use version 18.11.03.000 and have a homologation server with version
19.05.04.000.

We are doing this to work around the problem.

This year the government did not apply "summer time".

I noticed that in version 19.05.04 this bug was adjusted, but I think it was
not thought in case the government did not implement this time.
