When considering the feasibility of getting cover images from external sources
there are I think two major factors to consider:

1. The availability and licensing of the data.

What do we know about access to the data on TVDB, Freebase, and Movieposter.DB?
Are there open APIs? Do their terms of use permit direct access by third-party
software? Are there limitations to the amount of data which can be requested?

2. The means of connecting the data in Koha to the data on the service.

Even if you have access to cover image data, the unique identifier used by the
external service to identify the title is probably not going to match any
unique identifier which is stored in Koha. Would DVD records need to be
manually updated to include the ID of the resource in the external service?
