Hi, this sounds more like a support question than a bug report. You can get
help on the mailing list, which is read by many more people than the bug
tracker.

Please include information on your exact Koha versio, how Koha was installed
and how you've set up the cronjobs if you are not using the default settings.
If Koha is installed using the packages, these cronjobs should already be
active by default and not require any manual changes.
