Added minor followup

Everything seems to work as expected. The authority searching changes seem to
be an improvement:
previously an 'exact' search matched any term, now it must match the entire
field. Punctuation could be excluded in the future, but exact match should eb
exact so I think good

starts with searches and sorting are improved
