Hi Paul,

We talked at the hackfest, people prefer retaining the ability to fetch full
data when charting.

I have provided an alternate patch that prevents loading the full data on
initial report load and adds a button to load the data if requested. There is a
warning when fetching over 1000 rows. The button could also be hidden if you
never want to use additional rows.

Can you test this and confirm it works as needed?

The issues with exporting should probably be filed on a new separate bug to
assess.
