Got the docker stuff running. It seems that there are at least some differences
between YAZ versions. I've tested with YAZ 5, but the testing box has YAZ 4.
Looks like v4 can't find the pqf.properties file with a relative path in
t/db_dependent/Koha/Z3950Responder/config.xml. Upgrading YAZ helps a bit, but
there are still failing tests I need to check. Would it be possible to upgrade
the container to use YAZ 5?
