Thanks to Katrin and Caroline and all!

It was really a question of the encoding I tried to do with Notepad++, so no
problem in Koha; encoding as described by Katrin (post of 2019-10-09 20:43:52
UTC) worked, and I apologize for bothering everybody! Sorry indeed!
