Hi! Unfortunately the removal of GetItem does not effect the performance
issues. The will require a little bit more extensive refactoring after the
changes in bug 21206, so I will probably not be able to do this right away. I
benchmarked rebuild_elasticsearch.pl-script to illustrate how
C4::Items:GetMarcItem is still a bottleneck by calling Koha::Items->find for
each item and will attach the flamegraph.
