FWIW I get the test passed with:

-            elsif( $_->{msg} =~ /Incorrect (?<type>\w+) value: '(?<value>.*)'
for column '(?<property>\w+)'/ ) {
+            elsif( $_->{msg} =~ /Incorrect (?<type>\w+) value: '(?<value>.*)'
for column (?<property>`\w+)/ ) {


But I guess it will make it failed for someone else.
