Can you explain why the displayed patron would not be the one receiving the
next item? I have thought about it, but fail to come up with a use case. And if
it's not something that depends on environment (current library location or
something) we should be able to fix it.

Our libraries are mostly single branch and I think for them this works well and
they would not like it being removed for some less informative text.
