I see that there is a bug in the works (or was in the works) for something like
this: bug 6828.

Would like to see something that would report on database health, especially on
dead information.  Like deleted and withdrawn elements that are stored in
tables.  Basically, things that could be pruned once in a while.  Maybe have
some tools available in the dashboard that would help to do the pruning.
