Got the following error during an upgrade:

DBD::mysql::db do failed: Truncated incorrect DOUBLE value: '' [for Statement
"UPDATE borrowers SET login_attempts = ? WHERE login_attempts > ?"] at
installer/data/mysql/updatedatabase.pl line 18091.


Please fix, see bug 23867.
