I've moved this into a github branch (to keep the rebasing tidy):

Ready for signoff.

Test plan:
1) Checkout branch 
2) Run all accounts related tests (They should all pass)
3) Check the 'manual invoice' functionality still works as expected.
4) Check the 'cash register stats' report
