Hi,

this sounds more like a support request than a bug report - please check your
item data an the data in the issues table. This is most likely due to some
invalid data inserted via SIP2 (check home and holding branches have correct
values etc.). You might also see a JavaScript/XHR request error in the browser
for your not-loading checkouts table.

Please ask further questions on the mailing list if this doesn't help resolve
the issue.
