Hi, here is a branch with the backported patches from 19.05.x on top of current
18.11.x

I tested the RSS feed on the OPAC, the validator shows the same non fatal
errors as on master.

@Lucas There were few conflicts so double check in case I missed something but
they were all almost the same so it's actually simpler than it looked
initially.
