Bug 19618: Add tests

This patch adds tests for new features

To test:
1) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Club/Enrollment.t
2) prove t/db_dependent/Koha/Club/Hold.t
3) prove t/db_dependent/api/v1/clubs_holds.t
4) Sign off
