The authorities mode homepage is not populated / developed to the same extent
as the other modes it Circulation. 


We want the standard reports that staff use to manage authority control
available on this page, to prompt them to generate the appropriate reports at
the correct times. This could be done via a side / nav menu / links on the
Authorities pages

Regular checking of authority records for linking and for additions where
needed is good practice, and improves the quality of linking within the
catalogue and the opac ensuring the quality of the opac search experience with
good metadata.
