Hi Alex,

I've cleaned up the commit messages and added the missing filters to make the
QA tools happy, but I got 2 remaining issues in the QA script:

 FAIL   serials/subscription-renew.pl
   FAIL   valid
                "my" variable $subscription masks earlier declaration in same
scope 

 FAIL  
koha-tmpl/intranet-tmpl/prog/en/modules/serials/showpredictionpattern.tt
   OK     filters
   FAIL   forbidden patterns
                forbidden pattern: Attribute type should not be used for script
tags (bug 20053) (line 9)

Could you have a look at those please?
