Bug 24715: Cache repeatable subfield in TransformKohaToMarc

Implemented by calling GetMarcSubfieldStructure.

Test plan:
Run t/db_dependent/Biblio/TransformKohaToMarc.t
Optionally, follow the test plan of bug 21800#comment7.
