Hi Katrin,

I can take this bug and do the development.

My Plan:

We can create two systempreferences for purchase suggestion.

Systempreference name: 

 1. Onlinepurchase suggestion: Allow/Don't Allow
 2. OnlinepurchasesuggestionvalidCategories: ST|XT|TT
