Hello, 
   Trying to install Koha-common and get the same issue as previous user
(Samanvitha) has mentioned. Can you please help. 

The OS I am ON is :  

user at user123:~/work$ uname -a
Linux ubuntu1604 4.15.0-72-generic #81~16.04.1-Ubuntu SMP Tue Nov 26 16:34:21
UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

I am using the instructions from this link: 

https://community.spiceworks.com/how_to/135184-installing-koha-ubuntu-16-04

and it fails at STEP 3.

Please advise. 

[ It took me a long time to get Ubuntu 1604 appliance for my Virtual box, so
please dont tell me to get Ubuntu 180xxx ]
