If we understand this bug, and also Bug 6819 correctly, if the latter bug is
fixed then we think the manual workaround for solving this bug would no longer
be needed. 

We actually don’t think cancelled orders should show on invoices.  

Given that there is no connection between the cancelled item and the invoice,
we use a manual method to tidy, as in creating another Koha basket with the
orders again and then relinking these new orders to the affected invoice, and
deleting the item lines on the Cataloguing side that were attached to the
originally correct order but subsequently wrongly cancelled. But yes, there is
a lot of manual work to tidy and make them real orders again so that an invoice
total can balance correctly.
