Bug 20200: Show MARC 770 Supplement/Special Issue Entry on detail pages

Currently 770 is not shown in Koha on the detail pages. We should add the
display of this field.

To test:
1) Edit your framework of choice, edit field 770's subfields iatdw's
visibility. Make it visible in editor.
2) Edit a record using the framework just edited, add values into field 770
subfield iatdw.
3) Save the record.
4) View the record in OPAC.
5) The fields won't be visible in the OPAC.
6) Apply patch.
7) Refresh OPAC.
8) Fields are now visible in the OPAC.
