Hi all,
 - I have finished resolving the issues that Nick raised.
 - Now, when we create a new record, all the open windows close correctly and
the links are done automatically, I even added the deletion of the authorities 
creation link in case the link is made correctly.
 - Move AddAuthorityFromHeading to C4/AuthoritiesMarc.pm
 - Delete GetRecordValue
 - Restore default linker behavior
 - Deleting param biblioindex and using index
 - Make the Link authorities automatically button invisible if the user does
not have editauthorities permission 

 I believe I have resolved all the issues raised, hoping they will be accepted.
 This feature is very late and its maintenance is becoming more and more
complex.
 Thanks in advance to those who will pay attention to this feature and allow it
to move forward.
