I see the value displayed at the bottom of the page
/cgi-bin/koha/opac-memberentry.pl

Can you give more detail?

1. Enable ExtendedPatronAttributes
2. Create a new patron's attribute and tick "display at the OPAC"
3. Edit the patron, set a value for the new attribute
4. At the OPAC login with the patron, go to "Your personal details", scroll
down
