I agree on the clubs.  I could go either way on the claims.  I would think that
staff would care about how many claims altogether AND how many are unresolved.

Other than that, I think it is a great idea.  I think the first letter should
be all caps, even though the number is first.  It just looks unfinished
otherwise.  It bugs me.
