1. Why do we have the dropdown list with the reason list at the bottom of this

Would not it make sense to have it in the confirmation popup (moved to a
modal)?

2. Should not we have the cancellation reason displayed in the "Holds history"
view?

3. POD for Koha::Hold->cancel needs to be adjusted

4. de-DE/optional/auth_val.sql contains twice the same insert statements

5. Tests must use build_sample_item (see bug 26250)
