log4perl.logger.plack is added by the first patch in this series, it has not
existed before so I don't think it needs to be added to postinst script since
these patches will be pushed together.

Btw, I was thinking we don't need to modify even the log4perl.conf in
pre-existing installations given without the postinst script modification you
attached it keeps working the same way as before and then the sysadmin can add
these separate log files at the time of their preference
