I've submitted to a branch on our gitlab a follow-up that makes the gulpfile
and package.json back to master's, and also sets bootstrap version to 4.5.2.
Regardless, there's a problem on search results paging, which Owen is already
working on. Setting to ASSIGNED in the meantime.
