It would be helpful to be able to hide columns from the budgeth table when
viewing funds on aqbudgets.pl.  This table has columns for 'base-level amounts'
and 'total amounts' which, in our case, display the same amounts.  We'd like to
be able to hide the columns we don't need in order to make the table cleaner,
easier to read and improve the understanding of new employees in acquisitions.
