When calculating due date using holidays we don't account for the case where
everyday is a holiday until the end of time

To recreate:
1 - Set OverdueNoticeCalendar to 'Use calendar' and useDaysMode to 'Use the
calendar to push'
2 - Browse to Tools->Calendar
3 - Set every day of the week to "Holiday repeated every same day of the week"
4 - Issue an item to a patron
5 - Check the box and select 'Renew selected items'
6 - Watch the spinner spin...and spin...and spin
