I think you may be right again, Magnus. A lot depends on how Bug 15504 is
resolved. Ideally, there will be enough granularity to help librarians
distinguish between OPAC logins & SIP2 authentications, for example.

OK to mark this as a duplicate if you feel that is the best route.
