This I believe is exactly what I am looking for.... A member of our public
services team created a list and currently, I ( in tech services) am unable
when new titles are added to edit this list.  I would like this to be linked to
not only staff but the staff in my organization as we are in a multi-library
group.  Several libraries have created a local list of their new selections of
DVDs, etc. and we would want to make sure that permission to change the list
was limited to the institution who created the lists -- further modified by
those on our staff that have the permission to add, edit, or delete lists.
