Hello Jonathan,

it is not clear if it is happening during edit or new bibliographic. the logs
on apache2 are showing a gateway timeout on below operations

POST /cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbiblio.pl 
/cgi-bin/koha/cataloguing/addbiblio.pl?frameworkcode=BKS

Getting the exact time from apache2 logs and checking Koha logs from the
intranet this shows the 2 options : sometime it an edit operation and sometime
it is a new record.

I've checked some of these records, they look fine :)
