apt-get install rsyslog

koha-shell kohadev -c "bash misc/bin/sip_shutdown.sh"

koha-shell kohadev -c "bash misc/bin/sip_run.sh etc/SIPconfig.xml"

Now the SIP server won't start...

apt-get purge rsyslog
apt autoremove

And the SIP server still won't start in koha-testing-docker...
