I had rebased my git after starting the docker containers...

koha-plack --restart kohadev

Now getting into maintenance mode...

Restart the SIP server:
perl C4/SIP/SIPServer.pm etc/SIPconfig.xml

And... the SIP server is still not doing the checkin/checkout correctly... and
/var/log/messages is showing that the SIP server isn't writing an OUTPUT MSG...
but it's not showing any errors either...
