First I would like to highlight that Buster is not yet supported and there are
known bugs, including security ones, which we are currently working to resolve.

I strongly recommend against using Buster for Koha right now.

I've not seen this particular error in question, but it feels like a DB update
has not taken place.. have you run updatedatabase yet?
